Brand Launch

The challenge:

Amplified by the global pandemic, ownership of domestic pets has grown to record levels. With busy lives, many owners struggle to find the time necessary to provide the holistic care – veterinary & behavioural - they want to offer their pets. This is exasperated by the pet care industry which hasn’t evolved in line with human care meaning many of the services people need are not easily or digitally available.

The solution:

Working with our client we launched Petfix Club; a new community of pet lovers, for pet lovers. We designed and built a world-first online platform, offering everything subscribers need to attain and maintain the optimal health, happiness, fitness and potential lifespan of their pets.  Created by a team of trusted experts including Pete Wedderburn, this unique online community gives members exclusive access to personalised advice, professional wellbeing tips and a handy directory of pet services. Petfix Club also includes access to an online store with a wide range of carefully selected products and Petfix Club’s own brand pet food which we created for the launch.

Petfix Club was launched with the support of a fully integrated campaign including TV, Radio, OOH, Direct Mail, In-store, Experiential and Social/Influencer advertising.
